Retired Army Col. Larry Reiman, a Walter Reed National Military Medical Center patient, and Capt. Melissa Austin, Walter Reed's director, commend long-time orthotist Dennis Harris for over a decade of outstanding patient service at the Department of Rehabilitation, Oct. 2, 2023.
