    101st Airborne Division (Air Assault)

    Senior leaders and Health and Holistic Fitness (H2F) trainers of the XVIII Airborne Corps took part in the H2F Symposium at Fort Campbell, KY from September 26-29, 2023. The symposium consisted of H2F instructions on how to implement those skills into a unit's physical readiness plan, guest speakers talking about the benefits of H2F, a trip to the Warrior Skills Range, a walkthrough of the Sabalauski Air Assault obstacle course, and breakout sessions that allowed commanders and command sergeants major to talk about how H2F works for them. The XVIII Airborne Corps' H2F symposium was hosted by Fort Campbell and the 101st Airborne Division.
