Jay Woods the public affairs officer for the Typhoon Mawar debris removal mission gives and update on Sept. 23, 2023. At the time there has been more than 59,000 cubic yards of debris removed form right-of-ways across the island. Debris removal will continue until all 19 villages have been cleared and the temporary debris removal sites have been cleared too.
