Greg Fresnais introduces the initiatives of Cyber Endeavor, an element of Pacific Endeavor, in San Jose, California, August 23, 2023. Pacific Endeavor is a multinational humanitarian relief exercise held in the Indo-Pacific. During the exercise, participants tested cyber networking skills, radio connections and communication across the region. In this year's exercise, 22 countries strengthened their technological capabilities and communication strategies. This video is the second of a four-part series detailing the exercise.
