The U.S. Army NATO Brigade hosted its 22nd annual Senior Army Leaders Meeting July 24-28 in Garmisch, Germany. NATO’s enduring purpose is to safeguard the freedom and security of member states through political and military means. U.S. Army NATO supports NATO’s military capabilities by continuously changing how the organization’s two battalions and nine companies provide support to the roughly 800 U.S. Soldiers and their families assigned to NATO force structure organizations in the United States and 21 NATO member nations in Europe.
