U.S. Marines conduct Shinka 23 at Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji, Japan, June 10-July 1, 2023. Shinka is the largest force-on-force exercise between the U.S. Marine Corps and the JGSDF that produces adaptable forces capable of decentralized execution.
