U.S. Marines with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 464 provide air-delivered ground refueling in support of 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance (LAR) Battalion near Marine Corps Outlying Field Camp Davis, North Carolina, June 6, 2023. U.S. Marines with 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) demonstrated their capability to conduct sustainment requirements necessary to fight in future battles in accordance with Force Design 2030. HMH-464 is a subordinate unit of 2nd MAW, and 2nd LAR is a subordinate unit of 2nd Marine Division, the aviation and ground combat elements of II Marine Expeditionary Force.
