Recently, MEDCOM Europe and other partner organizations hosted the 2023 MEDCOM Best Leader Competition. 29 Soldiers participated in events for 4 days to find out who is MEDCOMs best leader. Teams came from units all over Europe to compete. It featured many events including the Norwegian ruck march, land navigation, squad tactics, a written test and more.
