Recently, MEDCOM Europe and other partner organizations hosted the 2023 MEDCOM Best Leader Competition. The competition took place over the course of a week. Teams came from units all over Europe to compete. 29 Soldiers participated in events to find out who is MEDCOMs best leader.
It featured different events including the Norwegian ruck march, land navigation, squad tactics, a written test and more.
