What inspires you? How do you keep yourself motivated let alone motivate others? Every employee in every industry thinks about these questions at some time or another.
We are lucky in that we have a shared motivation to support the Warfighter. But what about individual motivation? How do we stay energized day after day to complete our missions?
We tackle this topic through the final video of our Generations: Celebrating the Workforce series.
Throughout this three-part video series, we have looked at how different generations interact in the workforce when it comes to mentoring and communication.
Today, you’ll meet colleagues in the F-22 team. They talk about motivation and what keeps them going.
Your narrator is Melanie Marshall, Division Chief for the Acquisition Center of Excellence. Captain Alexis Todaro, Program Manager for Advanced Aircraft, introduces us to the F-22 team members and Command Chief Master Sergeant Jamie Newman provides his own thoughts on motivation at work.
