U.S. Marines with II Marine Expeditionary Force conducted Joint Task Force Tent Exercise, a milestone event in preparation for Joint Task Force Headquarters certification, on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, April 26-27. The JTF TENTEX is intended to demonstrate and test the ability of II MEF to deploy and establish initial operating capability as a JTF enabled headquarters, commanding and controlling joint forces from multiple U.S. Armed Services.
