A Coast Guard Air Station Houston MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew conducts a medevac for an injured 34-year-old man aboard a 72-foot recreational fishing vessel approximately 100 miles southeast of Freeport, Texas, April 27, 2023. The helicopter crew hoisted the man, who suffered a severe hand injury and transported him to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston in stable condition.
