May is Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, a celebration of the innumerable contributions, vibrant cultures, and rich heritage of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders in this country. This AAPI Heritage month we will highlight outstanding Soldiers in the Raptor Brigade that exemplify what it means to reach their maximum potential through service to our Army.
Staff Sgt. Hai Chi, 16th Combat Aviation Brigade, is an AH-64 armament, electrical, and avionics system repairer (15Y), from northeastern China. He is motivated everyday by his Soldiers and his peers to be the best leader that he can be!
Since 1775, the U.S. Army has been an institution built by many people of different backgrounds; all able to leverage their heritage to contribute unique perspectives, skills and talents to help us fight and win our nation's wars.
