U.S. Marines and Sailors with Shock Trauma Platoon (STP), Single Surgical Team with 2nd Medical Battalion, and Combat Logistics Battalion 22, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), conduct a simulated mass casualty exercise during MEU Exercise (MEUEX) III, at Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue, North Carolina, March 7, 2023. STP and the single surgical team provide damage control resuscitation and damage control surgery capabilities in support of 26th MEU operations.
