1430-1530: Panel 4 - How to Make Change in a Bureaucracy (60 min/ LIVE)
The Department of the Air Force’s Barrier Analysis Working Group (BAWG) are total force teams consisting of officers, enlisted, and civilian Airmen and Guardians. These teams have proven successful in cutting through bureaucracy with grassroots ideas to make tangible changes. This panel will not only serve to inform, but also will further inspire us on how to best transform ideas into tangible, lasting change.
