The Vermont National Guard sent a team of medical professionals to their state partner Senegal to work with their civilian counterparts at three hospitals in Thies, Senegal for MEDREX 2023. The Vermont National Guard and Senegal have been partners since 2008 through the State Partnership Program that is administered by the National Guard Bureau.
