Col. Robert Brown, Commander, 1-25th Stryker Brigade Combat Team,talks to a NBC reporter about how the Iraqi government has control in Mosul and insurgents only attacked and briefly held the weakest police stations, brave Iraqis that are standing up against insurgent violence and many others are easily intimidated because they were oppressed for so many years, Coalition forces now on offensive and insurgents are on the run, Col. Brown says the insurgents try to create fear and the perception of chaos, but avoid fighting stronger U.S. and Iraqi National Guard Forces.
