After seeing their last patients, IACH's uniformed healthcare professionals traded medical instruments for weapons and a sterile environment for uneven terrain under the guise of gunfire. Here's a snapshot of weapons training, movement under fire, and other critical skills beyond what a civilian doctor, nurse, or technician would acquire in their respective fields.
