The aircrew of a Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter hoists a 78-year-old man, U.S. citizen, from the MS Rotterdam cruise ship during a medical evacuation Nov. 13, 2022, approximately nine nautical miles southwest of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
