USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78)           

Members of the first-in-class aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) Gay, Lesbian, And Supporting Sailors (G.L.A.S.S.) association hold a spoken word event, Nov. 11, in the ship's fo'c'sle. Exercise Silent Wolverine is a U.S.-led, combined training exercise that tests Ford-class aircraft carrier capabilites through integrated high-end naval warefare scenarios alongside participating allies in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean. The Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group is conducting their first deployment in the U.S. Naval Forces Europe area of operations.
