II Marine Expeditionary Force and Marine Corps Installations East leadership gather to observe the topping out ceremony for their new headquarters building on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC, Nov. 1, 2022. Construction of the new headquarters, located in the Wallace Creek area, began in January 2022 and is expected to be complete in June 2025.
