Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) celebrated its annual blessing of the animals celebration along a promotion ceremony for several of WRNMMC's Service dogs on October 18, 2022. The blessing of the animals is a yearly celebration where our Franciscan Friar, Brother David W. Schlatter, delivers a blessing to all service, Red-Cross and facility dogs, and all of their handlers.
