The Fort Bliss Retirement Service Office and our Transition Assistance Program held an in-person Retiree Appreciation Day, at Fort Bliss, Texas, Oct. 14-15. The two-day event included a golf scramble and an information fair focused on the Borderland's more than 40,000 veterans.
