A Coast Guard MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter aircrew from Air Station Borinquen hoists two survivors of an illegal voyage vessel that washed up against the rocks off the coast of Punta Borinquen in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico Oct. 16, 2022. Sixteen survivors in this case, including the two rescued in the video, are in the custody of Ramey Sector Border Patrol agents. (U.S. Coast Guard video).
