U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Joshua Robles, a Senior Drill Instructor with Bravo Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion offers his perspective on his last training cycle of recruits on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island S.C., Sept. 22, 2022.
During their three-year tour, drill instructors make their way through the different roles, to include green belt, experienced, and senior drill instructors, as they gain more experience and qualifications in training the future generations of the Marine Corps.
