Hawaii Army National Guard Soldiers, veterans, police officers, and firefighters participated in the 9/11 remembrance golf tournament hosted by the 230th Engineer Company at Maui Lani Golf Course at Kahului, Hawaii, Sept. 11, 2022. Capt. Joshua Aquinde, the commander of the 230th Engineer Company, was inspired to organize the event to honor Soldiers and service members in Hawaii, encourage positive engagement with the local community, and help support increased capabilities for the Family Readiness Group program.
