1st Lt. Norris Croom, a tanker assigned to 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, presents his idea for XVII Airborne Corps' Dragon's Lair 7 competition. Dragon's Lair is a competition that gives Soldiers an opportunity to present innovative ideas to advance systems in the Army. Croom has developed an idea that condenses the amount of paperwork needed to complete change of command inventories. He has developed software that will enable formations to use a mobile app that allows them to keep track and record inventories with no paperwork involved.
