U.S. Army service members from the New York National Guard, partner with South African National Defense Force (SANDF) service members to provide dental care at Richards Bay Sports Complex during MEDREX 2022-South Africa, 14 July. Maj. Dwayne Bodie is part of a team of 15 medical personnel from the New York Army National Guard and Army Reserve partnering with SANDF medical professionals to treat patients in the Kwazulu-Natal Province of South Africa. MEDREX is a medical training exercise, planned and executed by the United States Army Southern European Task Force, Africa, that allow military medical personnel from the U.S. Army and their African Partners to exchange medical practices, procedures and techniques that build and strengthen treatment capabilities, resulting in lasting relationships between medical professionals. MEDREX 2022-South Africa is part of the larger Exercise Shared Accord taking place 11-27 July in the Kwazulu-Natal Province, South Africa. (U.S. Army video by Mariajose Licea)
