Airmen assigned to the TSgt Adam K. Ginett Airman Leadership School conducted a virtual reality counseling simulation at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Mar. 31, 2022. This new innovative teaching method was designed to increase the overall readiness of Airmen and give them leadership tools to utilize while supervising Airmen within the Air Force.
