Erik Owen, a critical care registered nurse, both assigned to a military medical team, describe their roles caring for patients at Covenant Healthcare Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan, Jan. 18, 2022. The medical Soldiers deployed from the 131st Field Hospital based out of Fort Bliss, Texas.
