Volunteers install oyster domes to create oyster habitats at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Dec. 6, 2021. Florida's wild oyster population has been on the decline, which has been linked to a decline in crab, shrimp, and fish populations as well as damaging the larger fishing economy.
