Ronnie Rogers, NAVFAC Marianas Cultural Resources Manager, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Blaz, describes the policies and procedures for identifying historic properties and the proper caretaking of archaeological discoveries during the buildup of MCB Camp Blaz. As part of the 2011 Programmatic Agreement, the Department of Defense remains committed to open and transparent communication with the Government of Guam and key stakeholders to ensure a responsible construction process.
