A Coast Guard air crew from Sector Columbia River rescues 10 people, including several children, from a flooded area west of Forks, WA, Monday, Nov. 15. The Coast Guard responded after Clallam County emergency responders were unable to enact the evacuation using swift water boats due to excessive currents challenging conditions.
