Marine Forces Reserve hosts the annual U.S. Marine Corps Inspector-Instructor Orientation in New Orleans, La., Nov. 1-5, 2021. This training is held annually to discuss the vital role the I&I staffs have in supporting the ongoing MARFORRES mission to train units and individual Marines as a sustainable and ready operational Reserve to augment and reinforce active duty forces as the Marine Corps deploys, fights, and wins our nation's battles.
