Cold-stunned sea turtles get back to warmer waters with help of Sailors, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, civilian contractors, and family members onboard Naval Air Station (NAS) Corpus Christi.
Lt. j.g. Sara Wedemeyer, assigned to Training Air Wing (TRAWING) 4, from Beaufort, South Carolina, recounts her story of assisting in the rescue of sea turtles at NAS Corpus Christi after Winter Storm Uri left the turtles cold-stunned in the bay.
