Of course not. NOTAMs access needs to be brought up to speed - SmashNotams.com does just that. The user can sort, filter, and delete NOTAMs from their view. User settings are retained from visit to visit. Review NOTAMs at home, then pull them up at work--junk will still be junk.
We can't fix the NOTAM system, but we can cut through the noise. SmashNotams.com makes NOTAMs usable which makes us all more safe.
