U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to Task Force Ever Vigilant in support of Operation Allies Welcome rapidly deployed to Kosovo in order to staff and finish the construction and operation of Camp Liya, a temporary destination for travelers from Afghanistan. The Soldiers of Task Force Ever Vigilant have been tasked with providing a safe and secure environment for the travelers of Camp Liya, and have established a sense of community between soldiers and travelers.
