The Wisconsin National Guard mobilized on Mar. 12, 2020 to support Wisconsin's statewide COVID-19 effort and over 2,000 of its Soldiers and Airmen have served on mission conducting a variety of missions including administering 1.1 million COVID-19 tests and over 200,000 vaccines as of Aug. 24, 2021. This video was prepared for an Aug. 24, 2021 ceremony where Gov. Tony Evers recognized these efforts and published a proclamation announcing "Wisconsin National Guard COVID-19 Support Recognition Day."
