U.S. Marines with Kilo Company, Battalion Landing Team 3/5, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), conduct a demolition range on Camp Fuji, Japan, Sept. 16, 2021. Kilo Company conducted the training in order to maintain equipment proficiency and refine unit standard operating procedures. The 31st MEU, the Marine Corps’ only continuously forward deployed MEU, provides a flexible and lethal force ready to perform a wide range of military operations as the premier crisis response force in the Indo-Pacific region.
