Leadership from the 363rd ISR Wing, the Air Force Civil Engineering Center, Air
Combat Command, 633rd Airbase Wing and Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers put shovels in the ground during a groundbreaking ceremony, marking their partnership in the construction of a new Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Targeting Center on September 16, 2021, at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. Hampton mayor Donnie Tuck and vice mayor Jimmy Gray were also in attendance to commemorate this collaboration towards
increased military readiness to improve the effectiveness, working conditions and lifestyle of service members, their families and government personnel who use the facilities.
