Capital Guardian Youth ChalleNGe Academy cadets take part in a “Banking Reality Fair”, an exercise on financial literacy part of the Life Coping Skills component of the Capital Guardian Youth Challenge Academy, Aug. 10. The component increases self-discipline and self-esteem through the combination of class instruction and practical exercises. Cadets must show improvement in eight core components: Academic Excellence, Leadership and Followership, Life Coping Skills, Job Skills, Service to the Community, Responsible Citizenship, Health and Hygiene and Physical Fitness.
