U. S. Army North's contingency command post Task Force 51 continues to strengthen their mobilization capabilities through the recent Vigilant Guard and Vibrant Response exercises Aug. 5 - Sept. 3, 2021. These exercises are a series of full-scale, all-hazard disaster response simulations that prepare participants to integrate in a whole-of-government approach, so they are able to rapidly respond to natural or man-made disasters.
