The Air Force Recruiting Service’s AIM HIGH Flight Academy is a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics-based, aviation-focused, motivation and mentorship program designed to increase diversity in the aviation career field.
While flight experiences are a primary activity, AHFA is also focused on promoting and developing future leaders in a holistic manner — beyond aviation knowledge and skills. The program’s success centers upon robust interaction with Total Force role models and mentors.
