Earlier this week, USAG Stuttgart community members donated blood at Panzer Kaserne and Kelley Barracks. The Armed Services Blood Program for Europe hosted the event with volunteers from American Red Cross Stuttgart. With the newly relaxed eligibility rules, more people were able to give blood this year, resulting in a total of 164 units of blood donated in two days
