The 10th Special Forces Group hosted a U.S. Army Marksman Unit pistol competition from July 6th to 8th at Panzer Kaserne, Germany. There were about 40 participants from throughout U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart. The top 10 percent of shooters were awarded a medal.
Pvt. Ethan Winans, 100th Military Police Detachment K-9 Handler, critiqued his performance. Sgt. Maj. Brandon Macemon, 1st Battalion 10th SFG command sergeant major, spoke about the benefits of holding the competition.
