The I Marine Expeditionary Force Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG) evaluates the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) at Camp Pendleton, California for deployment in a variety of scenarios that they might encounter overseas. EOTG designs training scenarios for MEUs and other designated forces, and evaluates their ability to conduct assigned mission-essential tasks in order to prepare those forces for deployment.
