    U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers with the 492nd Engineer Company, Mankato Minn., came to Fort McCoy to flatten out a hill that has been causing run off problems. The unit is also creating a borrow pit providing rock for other uses. Staff Sgt. Eric Bernecker, the noncommissioned officer in charge of the project, explains some of the activities.
