U.S. Agency for International Development’s COVID-19 Coordinator Jeremy Konyndyk, National Security Council Coordinator for the Indo-Pacific Kurt Campbell, National Security Council Senior Director for South Asia Sumona Guha, Ambassador of India to the United States Taranjit Singh Sandhu oversee the send off of the third U.S. plane of supplies to India. The United States government, through the USAID, donated medical supplies to assist the country of India in its ongoing fight against COVID-19. The donation was transported to India on April 30, 2021 via a National Airlines flight.
