    B-roll of Iraqi Prime Minister Allawi visiting Samarra. Helicopter lands and Mr. Allawi greets civilian and military leaders. He walks into a crowded room and talks with a few reporters. Some later responses are in English - he talks of meeting with officials in Samarra and says they did an excellent job. Mr. Allawi talks about what the insurgents left behind, security in the city, and reconstruction projects. Another leader talks about damage to the city and the scope of the reconstruction efforts. Mr. Allawi responds to questions about the timing of action against anti-Iraqi forces. He answers questions about Sadr City, saying the rule of law must be upheld. prevail. He leaves the building.
