Airmen assigned to the 105th Airlift Wing Communications Flight participate in a Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) training at Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh NY, May 2 2021. The JISCC system was designed to bridge first responder communications systems making it necessary for emergency preparedness.
